Sericanthe toupetou is a rare medium-size tree found only in the wet-evergreen forests of Ghana and Ivory Coast. The species, once thought to be locally extinct, is classifies as endangered on the IUCN Redlist of species. It can grow to a height of 25m. Back slash reveals a pale brownish streak with slightly yellowish in the middle.
